Hey, I’m Savanna — founder of Edge.
A Hypno-Psychotherapist.
I help people get out of their heads and back into the driver’s seat of their lives. Whether you're feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself lately, I’m here to help you shift the patterns holding you back.
I work with people from all walks of life: teens navigating identity and anxiety, adults managing burnout or overthinking, parents rebuilding confidence, athletes chasing calm under pressure, and high achievers who seem to “have it all” on the outside but feel messy on the inside.
Because no matter where you are in life, your mind matters.
My Background
I’ve always been fascinated by the mind. Why we do what we do, how habits form, how we handle fear, and what helps us truly grow. That curiosity has guided my path and shaped everything I do at Edge.
I have a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Neuroscience Certificate from King’s College London, where I deepened my understanding of the brain–behaviour connection. I'm also completing a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) and a Certificate in CBT through the UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy—a qualification I’ll hold by June. These help me focus on practical tools to manage anxiety, stress, and low mood.
I am registered with the Australian Society of Hypnotherapists (ASCH) and the International Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (ICIP). I am constantly expanding my knowledge base and continue to take career development courses.
Everything I offer is grounded in research and shaped by real-life experience, including the challenges I’ve faced as a competitive 4* eventing rider balancing performance, pressure, and personal growth.
How I Work
Therapy with me is collaborative and practical. I’ll meet you where you are; whether you’re feeling stuck in anxious loops, navigating significant life transitions, trying to break free from perfectionism, or just needing someone to talk to who gets it.
I use a blend of:
CBT techniques – To help you spot the unhelpful thinking patterns that drive anxiety, overthinking, low self-worth or procrastination — and learn how to shift them.
Hypno-CBT – Combining the structured, solution-focused tools of CBT with guided hypnosis — a deeply relaxed, focused state that helps us work with your subconscious beliefs.
It’s perfect for things like fear of failure, phobias, anxiety, habits you can’t seem to break, or blocks that feel “deeper” than talking alone can shift.
You’re always in control, and sessions are calm, powerful, and practical.
Coaching-style mindset work – Especially helpful for athletes, creatives and anyone who wants to strengthen their inner world to show up more fully in their outer one. For performance, confidence, motivation and identity.
Sessions are tailored, supportive, and designed to give you real tools that make a real difference — not just during sessions, but in your daily life.
Who I Work With
I work with teens (16+) and adults who are ready to feel more in control of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Whether you’re coming to therapy for a specific issue or want to feel more grounded and confident, we can tailor the work to suit you.
